Naomi Watts & Kai Schreiber Star In SIMKHAI’s Fall Campaign

Like mother, like daughter! Naomi Watts and her gorgeous daughter, Kai Schreiber, star in SIMKHAI’s Fall campaign, which is out today. It’s the first time they’ve appeared together in a fashion campaign. Schreiber has had a stellar year with highlights including opening the Iris van Herpen couture show this summer and walking Valentino, Mugler, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Khaite. She was also shot by Inez & Vinoodh for Harper’s Bazaar Italia and appeared on the cover of The Face. She’s signed with IMG models. Watts appeared in Love Story this year as Jackie O and stars in the upcoming films, The Housewife and Mother Courage. 

The SIMKHAI campaign was styled by Camilla Nickerson and photographed by Mikael Jansson and also stars Sage Elsesser, Malcolm McRae, Awar Odhiang, and Betsey Gaghan.

According to the brand’s show notes, their Fall offering is “designed to move effortlessly between moments, the collection embraces head-to-toe dressing while encouraging individual interpretation. Pieces layer with ease, integrate seamlessly into an existing wardrobe, and convey an immediate sense of composure.” Creative director Jonathan Simkhai cast individuals who embody this assured sensibility, reinforcing the brand’s ongoing exploration of community and identity.
