Celebrities in Loewe at the Emmys

Playing With Proportions

Riz Ahmed has long been one of my menswear favourites, so I was surprised to see him opt for this boxier silhouette. His steel-blue Loewe suit is a departure from the tailoring I usually associate with him.

That said, I appreciate that Riz continues to experiment. The proportions may take some getting used to for some, but the colour works beautifully on him, while the trompe l’oeil shirt gives the look its Loewe identity. Loewe Bobine Chelsea boots completed his look.

Caviar For The Red Carpet

Loewe brand ambassador Julia Garner wore a halterneck evening dress covered in caviar beading, and the simplicity of the silhouette allows the texture to do all the work.

Diamond earrings and mirrored Betzábe Alessandra platforms complemented her look.

Back In Black

New dad Jack Lowden kept things classic in a black double-breasted Loewe tuxedo. He has always been a classic black-and-white or navy-and-white kinda guy, so this tonal approach feels like a subtle shift for him.

When it comes to tailoring, the fit makes the difference, and it does here. The monochrome styling suits Jack, and I would love to see him explore this approach more often. Loewe Derby shoes completed his look.
