Ever Anderson arrived at the Venice Film Festival to promote Father Joe, marking a new fashion chapter in the process. You may remember that the young actress was a Miu Miu ambassador, and with her mother Milla Jovovich’s long-standing relationship with Prada, you might have expected Ever to follow in her footsteps. Instead, Venice was all about Dior.

Photocall

Ever looked like a petal in a pink Dior Fall 2026 dress, a design we previously saw on Miranda Kerr. There is a lot of volume here, and despite the softness of the pleats and asymmetric draping, I can’t help but feel that the dress slightly overwhelmed her. I do like the tonal styling, though, as the pink Dior pumps complement the dress.

Premiere

Ever changed direction in an embroidered white and pink Dior Resort 2027 dress. The narrower silhouette works much better for her, allowing Ever to wear the dress rather than the dress wearing her. There is still plenty of detail, but I continue to find the shoulder accent from this collection rather random, but this was easily my preferred look of the two.

The Dior sandals and Dior jewellery were also a better match for Ever, completing a look that felt more suited to her.

After her Miu Miu chapter and the Prada connection through her mother, could Venice be the start of a new relationship between Ever and Dior?
